1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Rotaract Certify Certificate Center ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

The Rotaract Certify Certificate Center is a comprehensive web-based platform designed to help Rotaract clubs and members generate, manage, and retrieve digital certificates for various activities and achievements. The Service includes:

• Digital certificate generation with customizable templates
• Participant management and bulk data import/export
• Certificate search and download functionality using email addresses or redeem codes
• Administrative dashboard for event and participant management
• Secure authentication and access control for administrators

The Service is provided by Rotaract South Asia MDIO (RSAMDIO) and developed by ZeoSpec.

3. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials (information or software) on the Rotaract Certify Certificate Center for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• modify or copy the materials
• use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial)
• attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the Service
• remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

4. Disclaimer

The certificates generated by this Service are digital representations of achievements and should be verified through official channels when required for official purposes.

The materials on the Rotaract Certify Certificate Center are provided on an 'as is' basis. RSAMDIO makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

5. Limitations

In no event shall RSAMDIO or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the Rotaract Certify Certificate Center, even if RSAMDIO or a RSAMDIO authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

6. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on the Rotaract Certify Certificate Center could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. RSAMDIO does not warrant that any of the materials on the Service are accurate, complete, or current. RSAMDIO may make changes to the materials contained on the Service at any time without notice.

RSAMDIO has not reviewed all of the sites linked to the Service and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by RSAMDIO of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

8. User Data and Privacy

By using this Service, you acknowledge that:

• Participant data is stored securely in Firebase Firestore database with proper encryption
• You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of any data you input or manage
• You should not input sensitive personal information beyond what is necessary for certificate generation
• Email addresses and redeem codes are used for certificate retrieval and are stored securely
• Certificate download status and analytics data may be tracked for service improvement
• Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy

9. Account Registration and Security

For administrators who access the management features:

• Administrator accounts require Google OAuth authentication
• Only authorized email domains (rsamdio.org, rotaract.org, rotary.org) are permitted for admin access
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts at our discretion

10. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service:

• In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate RSAMDIO, a RSAMDIO team member, or any other person
• To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service
• To generate fraudulent or misleading certificates
• To use the Service for any unauthorized commercial purposes

11. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of RSAMDIO and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Certificates generated through the Service may contain RSAMDIO branding and should not be modified without permission.

12. Certificate Generation and Usage

When using the certificate generation and retrieval features:

• You must ensure all participant information is accurate and truthful
• Certificates are generated based on the data stored in the system
• You are responsible for verifying the authenticity of generated certificates
• Certificate search functionality requires valid email addresses or redeem codes
• Download tracking and status updates are automatically recorded
• RSAMDIO reserves the right to invalidate certificates if fraudulent activity is detected
• Bulk data import/export must comply with data protection regulations

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

The Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and RSAMDIO regarding the use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements between you and RSAMDIO relating to your use of the Service.
